Refund Policy

  • Specific refund policies for individual goods, services and information materials sold by Sentropy Brands will override this overall Refund Policy.
  • Terms & Conditions specified on a particular project or Invoice agreed to and / or paid by the Client, will override this Refund Policy.
  • When a purchase is made from a specific Sentropy Brands website, the Refund Policy and Terms & Conditions specified on that site will override this Refund Policy.
  • In other cases, when no overriding refund policy is present this Refund Policy will apply.
  • In general purchases from Sentropy Brands are non-refundable unless specifically agreed on the project contract, and signed by authorized representatives of both Sentropy Brands and the Client.
  • The sale of any Services, Training or Informational content from Sentropy Brands is strictly non-refundable.
  • Strictly no pro-rata refunds are given on any prepayments for projects or service delivery contracts.
  • We do not provide any roll-over of unused time or credit for any projects or service delivery contracts.
  • Any prepaid credit expires at the end of the billing period specified on the service contract, proposal and/or invoice, as specified by Sentropy Brands.
  • We do reserve the right to provide refunds, at our discretion in cases we may deem appropriate. Even in such cases, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable after 14 days of payment.
